Hi there, my name is Ruben D.  Chavez and I am the founder of RDC.

I studied Consumer Psychology and Advertising at Fairleigh Dickinson University, where I was the class representative and an honors program graduate. Unsure with the next step in my career, I decided to study Web Design and graduated from Rutgers University Coding Bootcamp.

I am very passionate about helping small businesses stay relevant in today’s fast changing economy. Growing up in Ecuador, I watched as most of my family members started and grew various successful businesses. 

Once I moved to the United States, I watched as many of our new businesses did not work out. I quickly realized that in order to succeed in any industry today, an online presence and a well thought out marketing plan are essential. 

Unfortunately, the days where an outstanding service or product are enough to succeed are over. Although quality is extremely important, it is not the only factor. Here at RDC our mission is to give you the tools you need to keep up with today’s market.
